Pam Golding Properties Mauritius has been awarded ‘Agency of the Year’ in the inaugural Mauritius Real Estate Awards 2023, hosted by Property Cloud, a leading portal based on the island.

Pam Golding Properties Mauritius was ranked Agency of the Year based on the official highest annual turnover from the Mauritius Registrar of Companies.

Real estate Award

The awards, which recognise top achievers and leading stakeholders in the property industry, were held across three categories, Estate Agencies, Residential and Commercial. All applicants were assessed by an independent judging panel with the winners announced at a gala event in Balaclava on 30 November 2023.

Says Dr. Andrew Golding, chief executive of the Pam Golding Property group: “We are delighted and honoured to be judged Agency of the Year in Mauritius. While achieving the highest agency turnover on the island for the past year speaks for itself, this recognition of excellence also endorses our aim to provide the best possible service to clients, including both sellers and buyers of property.

This achievement is on the back of our recent International Property Awards for Best Real Estate Agency in South Africa for over 20 offices, as well as Best Real Estate Agency Website in South Africa. It is further testament to the commitment and dedication of all our agents and staff across our 300+ offices in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa – which includes Mauritius. We also express appreciation to our clients, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants for their ongoing support and loyalty.

With over 77 International Property Awards and 47 years of experience in the residential property market, Pam Golding Properties has a well-established reputation as a market leader and internationally recognised and respected real estate brand.
